The halls of the Palazzo degli Affari congress centre are modular and multifunctional venues, suitable for every need. On the ground floor, you can obtain different areas set up in various ways. These areas can host up to 280 participants and are complete with welcome and registration desks.On the side of piazza Adua, you will find a Reception Area, devoted to the reception of all the participants in the international congresses hosted inside Palazzo dei Congressi and Palazzo degli Affari. The new reception boasts 4 plasma displays connected to the “Information Display Network” system, the closed-circuit channel broadcasting the working sessions taking place in the various halls, which allow people who are inside other rooms and halls to follow the meeting in progress. The Ground Floor is covered by a 4th -generation Wi-Fi system, offering a safe and high-density connectivity to all participants, and featuring a complete range of customised services.
